Our Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programs provide experiential opportunities for participants to learn about themselves through meaningful interactions with horses. These programs can support the development of self-awareness, confidence, empathy, social communication skills and emotional regulation in a safe and supportive environment. Programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of neurodiverse participants and groups, ensuring activities are engaging, inclusive and participant focused.
Our EAL programs incorporate structured horsemanship modules that promote practical knowledge, emotional awareness and safe horse interactions. Participants explore topics such as understanding and maintaining personal space with horses, recognising comfort zones, observing horse behaviour scientifically, monitoring vital signs and interpreting equine body language. These modules encourage observation, communication, responsibility and connection while building confidence and life skills through hands-on learning experiences.
