Automatic payment arrangements:
The first automatic payment you make in this arrangement will occur on the commencement date you requested. The subsequent automatic payments will occur at the frequency you requested.
Changes to the arrangement:
If you wish to change the automatic payment arrangements, please contact us at least five (5) business days prior to the next payment date. These changes may include: deferment of payment, alterations to frequency, alterations to the amount, stopping of an individual automatic payment, changes in credit card information, or cancellation of the automatic payment entirely. Refunds are not available, as this agreement is for donations only, and not for goods or services received.
Storage of credit card details:
You will provide your credit card details to Westpac, through the Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc. website. Westpac stores this information on a secure site. More information can be obtained on the Westpac website.
Enquiries:
Enquiries are to be made to our office. These should be made at least (5) business days prior to the next payment date. Please include your full name and email address. Please DO NOT send credit card details to us via email. All personal customer information held by us will be kept confidential, except the information provided to our financial institution to initiate the drawing from your nominated credit card to Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc.
Disputes:
If you believe that an automatic payment has occurred incorrectly, please contact us by phone on 07 5594 0305, or email arundelpark_rda@iprimus.com.au.
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from us, please contact your financial institution. A refund will be provided should there not be a substantiated reason for the automatic payment.
Your commitment to us:
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- On the date of your automatic payment there is enough funds on your nominated credit card.
If an automatic payment is return as unpaid by your financial institution due to insufficient funds, we will contact you for permission to re-submit for payment.
We reserve the right to cancel your automatic payment, should two (2) or more automatic payments return as unpaid by your financial institution. We will attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email to request that you arrange alternative payment methods or provide a new credit card details.
I agree to provide my credit card details to Westpac in order to facilitate regular credit card payments to Arundel Park Riding for Disabled Inc.
I request that credit card payments be deducted in the mentioned values, at the mentioned frequencies.
